Relationships England and Wales is a network of community-based centres providing professional relationship counselling, family therapy and mediation services across England and Wales.

We were formed by a group of former Relate Federated Centres who came together when Relate entered liquidation in late 2024. Determined to protect local services and continue supporting our communities, our centres established a new independent network — retaining our experienced practitioners, trusted local presence, and long-standing commitment to relationship support.

Continuing a Heritage of Over 80 Years our centres deliver high-quality relationship counselling and family support. While we no longer operate under the Relate UK banner, the services, professionalism and community focus remain. We continue to provide the same core services that individuals, couples and families have relied upon for generations — now under Relationships England and Wales, an independent and locally driven network. We believe that strong, healthy relationships are the foundation of a thriving Britain, and our mission remains unchanged: to make professional relationship support accessible, affordable and inclusive for all.
